This August, we came together for our Annual Summer Business Update, not just to reflect but to celebrate our achievements so far this year. Across our UK offices, we raised a glass to the teamwork, energy, and culture that make Search such a special place to work. At Search, we've dedicated Pride Month to celebrating our LGBTQIA+ community, culture, and history. Not simply by decorating our offices with rainbow flags, but by holding workshops and learning courses to share our stories internally to educate one another and promote allyship to encourage everybody to be themselves. Thank you to Kirsten Phelps 🏳️🌈 - a fantastic host for our workshops and DEI ambassador at Search who continues to inspire open conversations within our workplace.
