Another Play Big moment for Sonata ! We are thrilled to announce that Sonata Software has been recognized as one of the Most Preferred Workplaces 2023-24 in the IT/ITeS segment by Team Marksmen for our distinctive and aspirational work environments that foster resilience, engagement, and growth. The Award, conducted in collaboration with LeadCap Ventures and India Today, saw the participation of more than 200 organizations. The rigorous evaluation process involved a two-pronged approach, combining the analysis of reliable data sources by LeadCap and a survey among existing and former employees and stakeholders in India. Each organization was evaluated across five parameters on 10-point scale – Employee Engagement, Family Friendly Policies, Professional Development, Workplace Flexibility, and Employee Assistance Program. Sonata received an overall culture rating of 8/10. We are thrilled to announce yet another industry leading #financialresults for Q2 FY24, despite the headwinds that IT services industry is facing. Our International Business crossed $80M run rate in Q2 FY24. This is right after crossing $75M in Q1 FY24. In Q2, we are proud to deliver industry-leading growth of 4.6% Q o Q and 40% YoY. And that’s at the back of 4% Q-o-Q last quarter and 4.5% a quarter before (and that’s all-Organic growth). We will continue to scale our India business with a sharp focus on annuity business. Our Big Bets and continued investments are delivering outcomes – we are moving well to scale Sonata, as per our Vision. Team Sonata remains committed to judiciously accelerate the growth curve and build scale (scale in terms of large clients, deals, markets, partnerships, and talent).
