Sparks Welcomes New Sr. HR Director. Christina Crowley is the new Senior Director of Human Resources for Sparks, joining the agency from Ready Pac Foods where she was Human Resources Manager for the past seven years. Based in our Philadelphia, PA headquarters, Christina will be responsible for the oversight of recruiting and staff retention, training and employee development, compliance and benefits administration, and employee relations. Christina holds a Masters of Business Admistration degree from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a PHR Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
