We're proud to support Pencils of Promise in their mission to create schools, programs and global communities around the common goal of education for all. During the month of September, Syntellis is matching employee donations, helping more children experience the possibilities and promise that education offers.
Our steps challenge #WalkThisMay is going strong! Our teams are off and running (pun intended), and the company will convert those steps to cash in the form a donation to to Cancer Research Institute (CRI).
So much to be grateful for! Syntellis employees share the things they are grateful for ... big and small ... on our gratitude wall. They are heartwarming!
This month we've been celebrating the accomplishments of women in technology, government, science, sports and more. In the technology industry that is historically low in female representation, we are proud to have 40% of our workforce, including 40% of our executive team, made up of smart, talented women!
Thank you to all the Syntellis employees who participated in the Do Good, Feel Good 5k Fun Run to raise money for No Kid Hungry!
Great keynote by Bear Grylls today at our Performance Management Summit about facing our fears, standing tall and never giving up. We all have our own Summit to climb and there is rare air waiting for us at the top!
Happy Employee Appreciation Day! We are grateful for our team of incredibly talented, smart, dedicated, humble, client-focused, and all around awesome employees. Thank you, Team Syntellis!
We are proud to celebrate Black History Month in February with a series of educational communications recognizing Black History Figures, celebrating those who paved the way and those who are still doing so today. We are better together!
As part of our Performance Management Summit, we are doing a Fun Run (walk, skip, jump, etc.) in support of No Kid Hungry. Use the link below if you'd like to join us!
Any time we gather for a company event (even if it's virtual), we try to use our time together to make a positive impact in the community around us. For our Annual Kickoff this year, we were pleased to support Letters Against Isolation, providing letters of encouragement to seniors who were isolated in nursing homes due to COVID. This effort was started by two sisters and has taken off - check it out!
