Meet Josephine, a true example of opportunity at TUI! 🌎 Josephine first joined TUI as a Rep in 2017. Taking a break to focus on her family and two children, she returned in 2023 as part of the Operations Support Team in Italy. She then transitioned to our recruitment team, supporting TUIfly Germany during the winter and our peak Cabin Crew recruitment period. ✈️ Last summer she returned to Operations Support, and in winter, she explored a new, exciting challenge by joining our Global Social Media Recruitment Marketing team. 🤳 💬 “The last few months have been an amazing journey. I’ve discovered a whole new world and realised just how global TUI is, with so many great job opportunities. I loved being part of the team and will carry this experience with me!” Josephine has now returned to her Operations Support role in preparation for the busy summer season in Italy. The strategic framework brings together the company's sustainability initiatives and programmes with a clear mission: to significantly reduce TUI’s environmental footprint and maximize positive socio-economic impacts in holiday destinations. Running is a great way of improving mental and physical wellbeing. Everyone at TUI is welcome to join the TUI Trotters Run Club, supported by coaches who are passionate about running and helping others to run.
