We are thrilled to announce an addition to our Executive Team, Tamara Castelli as Chief Operating Officer. UNiDAYS is on a fantastic journey with immense growth ahead of us. The introduction of this role is a pivotal evolution of our leadership team, as we continue to bring more products and services to support young people all over the world. Throughout her nearly 5 years here, Tamara has shown herself to be a fantastic leader, both in development of her own team (Data & Insights) but also how she has influenced and shaped the wider business. We are excited to see what she brings to UNiDAYS next in her new role.

Happy World Mental Health Day! Today is World Mental Health Day and millions of people across the globe will be speaking out to support mental health education, raise awareness and advocate against social stigma. Here at UNiDAYS we’re no exception and we wanted to let you know some of the things we have in place to support good mental health for our employees and some of the exciting things we’ve got coming up: Every office has a mindfulness initiative whether it’s yoga or mindfulness classes! Every office is going to have a well-being area where you can switch off from emails and have some ‘you’ time. Mental Health First Aid is coming! We're in the process of arranging for Mental Health First Aid training to be rolled out to a group of employees globally.
