VFS Global Opens the World’s Largest Visa Application Centre in Dubai In a proud milestone for the organisation, VFS Global has opened the world’s largest Visa Application Centre in Dubai’s Wafi City. Spanning 150,000 square feet, the centre reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation and customer-centricity at scale. With a capacity to process up to 10,000 applications daily for over 200 nationalities, the facility is supported by a dynamic team of more than 400 professionals from over 25 nationalities. This diversity captures the global spirit that defines VFS Global. Launched in the UAE’s Year of Community 2025, the centre goes beyond operations. It features art installations by Emirati artists and collaborations with local entrepreneurs, celebrating culture while delivering world-class services.

VFS Global Plants 200,000 Trees To Aid Global Reforestation Efforts Protecting our environment is a key pillar under our Sustainability strategy and we continue to do so by reducing our carbon footprint. Aligned with United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13 - Climate Action - we planted 200,000 trees across the globe as part of our reforestation and nature regeneration initiatives. Undertaken in partnership with Tree Nation, the project has helped to neutralise 10,000 tonnes of CO2 and also resulted in addressing social issues like poverty alleviation and women’s empowerment. Over 70% of the planting staff are women who now have a steady source of income to provide for the everyday needs of their families.
