Meet Trista, Office Manager! Trista is originally from Montana but most recently she moved to Lacey from Ellensburg, WA. Her favorite thing about Washington is that it’s got a little bit of everything, there’s so much to do and see. She has been a part of VIS Group since 2023 and has been an exceptional addition. Some things that Trista likes about VIS is that everyone is so friendly and willing to help and that the company is flexible and values its employees work-life balance. Something that can be challenging for her is learning everything that she can about the Community Management industry. Some of Trista’s hobbies include travelling, going to concerts and riding her electric scooter.

Meet Olha, Accounting Clerk! Olha comes to us from Mariupol, Ukraine. She has been living in Washington since early 2023. Her favorite things about WA are the people and nature. She has been a part of our team since 2023 and she is learning so much so fast! One thing Olha finds special about VIS is that everyone is ready to help when you need it. Something that can be difficult in her position is correctly prioritizing her tasks. In her free time, Olha enjoys reading books, driving around, making coffee and learning a lot of English!
Yesterday, our Community Management Teams had the opportunity to take part in a great webinar from Community Associations Institute - WA State Chapter about different generations in the workspace! It was an upbeat and informative webinar and a wonderful opportunity for discussion!

Meet Amanda, Accounting Clerk! Amanda is from Seattle, WA and her favorite things about our state are the diverse landscapes, the political culture and the good coffee WA has to offer. She has been with our company since 2023 and something she finds special about VIS Group is the flexibility and the family culture between the employees. She also likes the management style in her department. A difficult part of Amanda’s job can be balancing the different software programs we use. Some of her hobbies include travelling and exploring, reading books and attending local festivals with her family and friends.
