What is a BOD Meeting? What do they talk about at these meetings? Who can attend these meeting? Read about this and more in today's post! Some of the things that may be discussed in a BOD meeting include: - Reviewing the financial statements and budgets of the HOA - Deciding on major repairs or maintenance for the common areas of the community - Approving new policies or regulations for the community - Addressing member complaints or concerns - Planning community events or activities - Approving contracts or agreements with vendors or service providers In short, the BOD meetings are a way for the leaders of the HOA to stay informed, discuss important issues, and make decisions that will affect the community as a whole. The meetings may also be an opportunity for members to voice their opinions or concerns, and to hear from the board about the actions they are taking on behalf of the community.
