This week, I coordinated my last plant tour for the salaried new hires at Wabash before my transition into a new role. It has been a wonderful journey supporting my amazing partners in this position. Partnering with Shared Services and Customer Value Creation has giving me exposure to all sorts of departments and people, from IT, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to Communications, HR, Legal, and Sales- no two departments are the same and all are splendid in their own ways! I must say a huge thank you to my current leader. She helped me grow into my first HR position and was so supportive while allowing me the flexibility to navigate this past year in my own way. I'm not leaving the company! Just changing things up a bit as I rotate through the Emerging Leadership Development Program. I can't wait to begin my new role as an HRBP supporting the folks over at our South and East Plants.
