Lack the follow through to successfully monitor or ensure their ideas/goals are properly managed or aligned. Issues with actions viewed as favoritism that drive division and animosity amongst teams. Increasing workloads and diminishing rewards. It's a "who you know" work environment when comes time for recognition or promotions (salaried and non-salaried).
