Today is National Dog Walker Appreciation Day and we're sending thanks to the thousands of Wag! walkers across the country who've walked more than 10 TRILLION steps with dogs at their sides!

This week we announced the appointment of an advisory board comprised of leading veterinarians, trainers and a law enforcement official to further ensure the safety and well-being of our community of dogs, dog walkers and pet parents.
We're excited to announce that we've just created our first community-impact grant program for animal-welfare organizations. We'll award grants up to $5,000 each to New York City-based nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations that demonstrate excellence and growth in helping improve the quality of life for dogs.
