Wellower had an exciting March celebrating Women's History Month. Through an internal spotlight series, "Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories," employees took turns highlighting influential women from today and throughout history, reflecting on their contributions to society. In addition, CORE (Welltower's Women's ENG) hosted company-wide trivia honoring historical women trailblazers and united employees across the US through office happy hours featuring products from locally-owned women businesses. While it was a month full of appreciation and remembrance, Welltower is committed to prioritizing gender equity year-round and will never cease to #EmbraceEquity. #WHM2023
On Saturday, March 25, a few of Welltower’s very own tackled the Big Climb in Dallas, TX to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), and their flight to cure blood cancers. The Big Climb included all 69 floors of the Bank of America Plaza and helped raise critical funds for blood cancer research and patient support.
