A cross-functional team in place since the pandemic began continues to monitor the situation, providing the leadership team with regular updates, making recommendations and taking actions as appropriate. The health and safety of our team remains a top priority, and we have put significant measures in place to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. We have instituted what we refer to as the “Work Where It Works” (or WWIW) philosophy which has resulted in policies and benefits to help ensure our employees and their families have what they need during this time. As part of our WWIW philosophy, we’ve instituted new practices and made enhancements to accommodate our team and their families during this time. Our intranet’s COVID-19 Resource Center and Home & Health page was created in direct response to the pandemic. This is the go-to resource for employees to find information related to our response to COVID-19 and stress-relieving virtual activities. As we know this is a stressful time for many, we are taking a holistic approach to help our employees cope during this time.
