One of the core themes of #IMD is making a positive difference in the well-being and lives of men and boys.🧔 👨👦 At our Hereford site this morning, we took our theme as Men's Health and Stephen Rankin gave a talk on Prostate Cancer and Mental Health. Our Zzoommers were then given information about our Employee Assistance Programme along with the tools such as the My Healthy Advantage App and resources to help with the cost of living. Then everyone was given a healthy packed lunch to keep them going throughout the day. 🥪🍎 It is paramount that we continue to make safe spaces for men to promote positive conversations about men's mental and physical health.
