It's time for a Movember Update! 🧔 Robby Karlstrom has given us an update on his stache. Lets take a look! 🧐 Movember focuses on men's mental health. In the workplace 1 in 6 workers will experience depression, anxiety or problems relating to stress at any one time. It is our job to intervene and prevent mental ill health from escalating. That can start by just having a conversation. It’s not easy to open up when times get tough, or to start a conversation with a friend or colleague who may be struggling. But reaching out and not shying away from important conversations is key to helping men stay mentally healthy. Today is Remembrance Day, a time of reflection for those who have served in the Armed Forces and made the ultimate sacrifice. It will be poignant day for our Zzoommers who served in the forces, to remember their comrades who are no longer here. We will remember them. We reached out to our Region Depot Manager for Thirsk, Stan Bowles to hear his thoughts on this year’s Remembrance.
