A message from our CEO, Feddo Hazewindus: During my tenure here at iBasis I’ve promoted open dialogue between myself, the leadership team and employees. While I find some of the recent feedback here on the site difficult I do appreciate it. It tells me that I haven’t done enough to communicate about the future of iBasis and the changes that must be made. The company and its culture is changing and I am confident that change is positive and oriented toward growth while maintaining our multi-cultural, diverse and inclusive culture. The market for our traditional cornerstone business of International Voice is radically changing, new business lines although showing enormous potential and promise are still developing, and there is opportunity to expedite growth post acquisition. iBasis is forging a new path and the evolution will take all of us requiring input both positive and critical to keep us on track.
