I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDO Group in Jul 2011
Interview
It was my first job I'd applied for at 16 years old. I was so nervous, but it was the easiest thing I've ever done. I walked in, asked for the manager, and she took me to a cafe in the mall and started the interview. She asked me what I knew about Aldo and then proceeded to tell me it's history and how the company works. She told me all about the sales goals, her management style, and how her specific store operates. She asked me if I had any questions. I asked her one question and afterwards she told me that I'd start the week after...
Throughout the whole process she only asked me one question and talked the rest of the time... And then afterwards gave me the job! I know for a fact that this type of interview is extremely rare, but I got lucky! From what I've seen, though, this type of thing is consistent throughout Aldo, due to their young and inexperienced management.
Straightforward process with few questions interviewer was very kind and answered questions about role expectations and tasks needed to be done. Interview was shorter call under 30 minutes in length
Fast and good, person was nice and calm. Calm environment and settings. Person was kind and respectful, asking accurate questions. Able to answer questions regarding disability all of the other aspects.

Past customer service experience
Good but not great. Awesome but okay. Vibes were lowkey fire but also not fire. Decent. Good. Fire. Vibes. I think that they are doing a good job at recruiting multi level talent at their organization.
