I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alro (Jackson, MI) in Nov 2010
Interview
The interview process at Alro seemed thorough at first, but I was disappointed with the follow through after my first and second interview. My first interview was over the phone with two friendly employees, the interview was about a half an hr. My second interview took 4 hours long. It included a drug test, personality test, math test, IQ/Intelligence test, and meeting with about 8 different employees at the company. The most disappointing aspect of the interview process was that they never contacted me regarding the position after my interview.

Question 1
The question was regarding what I would do in a certain political decision.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Alro
Interview
The first visit was a skills test and a drug test. The skills test was a simplified or shortened version of a Wonderlic Test. The second visit was an interview with two people simultaneously that alternated questions. It was very comfortable and conversational. The third interview was with the regional director and it was very conversational and more about seeing if I was a good personality fit for the team.

Question 1
What do I consider when I am making a large purchase.
First had a phone interview. Then went in and took an IQ test and interviewed with a couple of managers. Then on the last interview met with same manager and site manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alro (Boca Raton, FL) in Mar 2020
Interview
I could describe the interview process as laid back but also quite serious, the company definitely is interested in the potential of the candidate rather than the nitty gritty qualifications of one.
