Interviewed Apr 2007 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 2 days)
I was interviewing for senior java developer position. There was the phone interview by the hiring manager first. Then there was the on site interview from four developers and the hiring manager himself. There were programming questions, java questions, database questions, etc, and I found that they are overall more difficult than average.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
