Was contacted via phone notifying me of in-store interview. Arrived and interview was held in breakroom. Employer had application papers that I had filled out online on hand. Went over previous employer experience and details. If you have any experience in the industry, it definitely stands out as it did in my case. Mentioned flexibility which I also strongly believed helped me in the hiring process.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and given a phone interview. After the phone interview, was told I'd be an excellent fit. Was asked to give video interview that the store manager would have 24-48 hrs to approve the new hire. I NEVER heard back from the recruiter regarding the position.
Super easy over the phone interview. They ask you the standard interview questions. My interview took me about 30 minutes and within they time they offered me a job for the company.
