Phone interview:
I had a phone interview for 1 hour with hiring manager about my previous experience, skills, knowlege horizons, my interests and what I wanted to do in future. Wasn't as tough as personal interview.
Personal interview:
Had a one day onsite interview with 6 people including hiring manager for lunch.
Questions on:
Board layout and design
OFDM techniques and wireless pack
Test techniques and scripting related questions, I was proficient in C and they were looking for TCL, Python, perl
algorithms was good enough for interview
Test setup related questions.
Combo chips related questions
Could you put in all components of a RF board schematic in a block diagram.
Phase noise measurements.
IQ imbalance checks
out of band measurements
Receiver measurements and validation.

Interview
interviewed by test manager and senior test engineers in turn, asked technical question on tester and program development, correlation and production release. Also asked about team work and work pressure handling.
Found the position from Indeed, Dice or Linkedin. Created an account and submitted resume through Broadcom's Career web page. After a week later, HR contacted me to set up a phone interview.

No technical question at all. I was surprised that the lady manager kept asking me that why I did not get promoted at my them position.
