The behavior type questions and technical questions was balanced in Chevron's interview. I was happy to talk about my research to the recruiters; unlike Shell, Chevron asks about the details of your research and resume. The recruiter was a former alumni, after the interview he was very kind and helpful with following up.

Behavioral question based interview. The interviewers asked lots of questions about things like what accomplishment are you most proud of and what was your greatest failure? The interviewers were very professional and allowed me to ask several questions about the company. Overall it was a good experience and I felt like I was a viable candidate and would be represented fairly by them to their company.
