Interview
The first day was a one on one interview with personality test. The second day was a demo in the field with another Sales Rep. The third day was confirmation on getting the position, filling out forms etc and then it was off to begin four weeks of training.

There was no difficult question or anything unexpected
I met in my person with the local sales leader, discussed the process and whether or not I felt like I could sell the product. I thought it was a simple process that was very beneficial.

Easy interview with a nice interviewer!! They asked direct questions but still tried to make me feel at home in the process. They were a little low on the salary i was looking to make.

I had a phone interview with the district manager through an employee referral. I was asked a series of questions about my experience as an insurance producer, my current employer, and skills and training I may have had while employed. I was then asked if I would like to make money while helping others, and when I would be available for a ride along with another agent.
