Interviewed Jan 2011 in Poughkeepsie, NY (took a day)
After being screened during the 1st telephone interview by HR, i was invited to come on site to meet with the hiring manager (Market Director for New York). The interviewer was well spoken, motivated and had the right vision for ihs organization. Initially this was an opportunity for a novice, but once he understood my background the opportunity changed to that of management.

At the end, i declined the offer asthe salary and role wasn't a right fit for me

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Presentation.
