I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Copart in May 2012
Interview
I wouldn't work for this company no matter what amount of money they offered. I was bombarded by a 3 person panel...correct that, by the manager of the 3 person panel, and felt like I was being attacked instead of being interviewed. I realize that they are getting to know your character but give me a break. When you act like a jerk, why would someone want to come work for your company. Their office also smelled like a toilet. No Thank You!!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the questions felt like attacks instead of questions. I felt like I was being interrogated.
I applied online. I interviewed at Copart (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The recruiting team automatically rejects, ignores, and makes false promises to potential employers. Copart as a company does not seem to care about their employee's and potential onboarding staff. The Human Resource Department (as recruiting has stated) is non-existent and they have staff running both departments at once.

Nothing, they did not reach out to me. They post new remote ghost jobs daily, and rejected all 22 of my applications in under 60 seconds at 10:50PM PST on a Tuesday.
