Panel of 3 people interview. They will ask u lot of questions about what u actually do as a team lead.
They give u a 15 questions mcq which is can be hard to answer. It can range from project management questions to xml processors. I only got 4/15.
They ask u if u are wiling to work production support 24 hours. Questions like design patterns, security, code statical analysis.
