Accepted Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY – Reviewed Jan 23, 2013
Interview Details – Three round process - first interview was on phone with two interns, all behavioral questions. Second and third interviews were similar, but on site; primarily behavioral with a few sales pitch questions thrown in. Met with approximately 3 managing directors/bankers during each of those interviews.
Interview Question – Sell me the chair that you're sitting in. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Non-negotiable for the most part, except for start date.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks.
