Know what position you are getting into. Know the company and what they do. Know how to sell yourself and what makes you stand out. In short, sell yourself. If you can do that, they will take you. Good communication skills is a major plus and a cheerful, relaxed personality helps too.

Negotiation Details
Do not take the offer without negotiating on the Pay! Your interviewers are some of the best salespeople in the industry so they will make you want to have the job even if you are not sure of the offer they put on the table.
