Kinross had come to my university campus fair and scheduled interview sessions. The questions were mostly general HR--your strengths, do you have any industrial experience? Tell me about your interaction with other international students, etc.

Interview
I got the interview from submitting my resume on the University career center website. I was sent an email for the first interview, which was 1 on 1 interview. During the interview the recruiter asks basic questions about your resume, also asks questions about what you like to do, and what you don't. Also asks where you see yourself in a couple of years. The interview atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed.
