Interview
I was contacted by a MetLife recruiter and offered to come to the office for the interview. I was given an hour long presentation about the company and its benefits, instructed about the number of exams one needs to take to become qualified for the position within the insurance industry and given an overview about the compensation structure. After that I was given a personality test, which consisted about 40 questions.

Also, they welcome you with a positive mentality, and even the Managing Director welcomes you. Last but not least you become an employee if you pass the test
