Step one was to sit in on a presentation about the company and the position. After the presentation, you were given the opportunity to schedule an interview.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I decided not to set up an interview. I felt overqualified for the position, even though I had just graduated college and had no work experience in the financial field. It seemed like you could make some good money if you're interested in a career in sales but it just wasn't for me.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Presentation.
