NPR Lead User Experience Architect Interview

Interviewed May 2011 in Washington, DC (took 5 days)

HR phone interview, then hiring manager phone interview. They flew me out a few days later, and everybody was very nice. While they called the day a "long day", really it was only 9am-3pm with a 90 minute break for a group lunch. Half of the interviewers spent their time talking about culture and process. When I started showing my portfolio, the conversations derailed into related topics.
