Phone interview with recruiter: very professional, behavioral based interview questions, very difficult
Two 1:1 interviews with two different managers; 1st one very professional, very positive, some traditional/some behavior-based interview questions, 2nd manager interview very short, very negative, and unprofessional almost non-existant
Despite outstanding sales record at current job, very professional appearance, good rapport with recruiter and one manager, no offer (I had a feeling my college degree was not recent enough, i.e., 20+ yrs ago) the 20 yr olds I work with now are the ones who miss work, show up late, complain, and make excuses for not making sales goals. oh well, ces't la vie!
