I was put off by the phone interview and didn't take the HR rep's call when she wanted to set up a time for a face-to-face. She was rushed the whole interview, cutting me off mid-sentence and asking questions that she would have known the answers to had she listened when I was talking. Aside from that, she seemed rather rude. Granted, she could have been having a rough day, but if you're representing your company to potential employees then you need to get your act togethr and be on point.
