For example, 100 people attended the drive.
- Entrance Test : Aptitude/GK (100% attended, 40% selected) ---- 150, 60
- Group Discussion (100% attended, ~50% selected) ---- 60, 32
- Personal Interview (100% attended, ~25% selected) --- 32, 9
In this case, 9 people were selected. However, this can vary based on time of hiring, class size, college, company, requirements and so on

If you had to design manhole covers for a local municipal corporation, what shape & material would you make them, and why?
Very smooth and done over the weekend. I had to wait till pretty late but everyone was nice. Questions were mostly regarding databases although a few questions were related to other areas.

There is an initial aptitude test followed by an interview. They have a good balance of technical and behavioral questions. They make the candidate feel very comfortable. They have a very fair process

Interview was conducted in four rounds. 1st Aptitute test , 2nd Technical then 3rd Managerial interview followed by HR round. Interview process was smooth and went good. Received offer letter in May. Overall easy interview process
