I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RGIS in Dec 2009
Interview
On-line process only. After applying on line at the website, I received a phone call from the nearby district. I Went there and filled out more paperwork and took an aptitude test. Discussed the job, salary and was hired. Received a handbook and had to provide my availabilty for the next 30 days. Training was brief and communication is very lax. Most of what I learned was on the job training.

Interview
Horrible company to work for! Inconsistent hours, VERY little pay considering the amount of hours being worked, they expect you to be on call 24/7, are totally unsympathetic to employee life outside of work (especially in terms of medical condition/emergencies, or familial obligations/emergencies), and expect to drive a round a lot with no reimbursement for the milage or gas (I traveled over 3000 miles a few times in a single month working for this company only a few days a week), not to mention the fellow employees will act nice to your face and then talk about you behind your back, and snitch on you to the DMs and other managers about every little thing you do, DMs and managers who, by the by, work you like a machine while they sit behind a desk and get paid 4 times as much and wonder why people complain when we're given only a single 10 minute break in the course of a 13-hour travel day.
