Lady on phone asked a bunch of vague, stupid questions like, "What does customer service mean to you?"
I had like three phone interviews like that. They all said the process takes a few weeks. I e-mailed them a few weeks later to see if I was still a candidate and they didn't have the courtesy to respond.
