Interview
It was pretty straightforward. I have an initial phone interview and after was scheduled for a face-to-face interview after a week. It was a panel interview consisting of the hiring manager, the incumbent and the HR representative. They asked mostly behavioural interviews. The panel was friendly and accomodating yet very professional.

The questions are fairly easy. Just be prepared to do some research on the position and about the school. Bonus points if you know their defining principles.
