Interview
It was very informal. They asked me about my resume and achievements. Continue bringing in experienced outside talent. Focus on outdated technology. Recognize that the current company culture is a huge hurdle for attracting younger talent and for up-keeping employee morale. If the San Mateo office will remain, invest in it and understand that you are competing against companies with the most attractive cultures in the world. Continue making efforts to reduce the culture of fear and encourage a collaborative environment.
