I have been working at Allscripts
Pros – The salary is good, and work from home is accepted.
Cons – The managers have no management skills. They are not professional and promote a terrible atmosphere for working. Information sharing does not exist. Eclipsys is a very bad place to work.
Advice to Senior Management – Get professional. Managers should treat employees with respect. Everyone is not going to be a super performer, but wveryone can still be treated with fairness and dignity.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
