      easy commute, different types of projects to work on, work closely with designers. smaller than the rest of Euro since it focuses only on pharma clients

      Cons

      not everyone understand interactive, producers make promises they can't backup and don't consult IA or Design before committing to deadlines for work. they don't have a documented UX process so causes lots of confusion about expectations
