Euro RSCG 4D – “Overall, a decent workplace for an agency”

Pros

Generally a great place to work. Employees are treated fairly. It's a complicated industry, and every agency that I have worked at has typical agency problems, but 4D did a good job of breaking down some of the barriers. The 4D approach was unique in that it combined numerous marketing disciplines under a unified umbrella and brought the services to market as a joint effort. Solid cross functional teams supporting the ever changing needs of the clients.

Cons

It's a typical agency with typical agency problems. Politics, croneyism, little job security due to the ebb and flow of the marketplace. Probably because of their scale, 4D wasn't effected as much by market shifts, but the fear was always there.

Always remember the little people that work for you.
