1. Good work and you can gain good knowledge 2. Good opportunities to explore as it’s a small company, very high Visibility 3. Pay is Ok not bad 4. Promotions and Hikes are Good if you are working hard !
Cons
1. Politics. 2. No Work-Life Balance (Only you have to balance Work and you need to forget your Life !). 3. Opportunities likeTraining and Technology updates are less. 4. No Professionalism. Manages are Biased. 5. Less or No Onsite Opportunities.
