    Technology; Work Life balance; Knowledgeable staff; Training

    Cons

    IT management was for the most part recruited in London UK… And brought to Houston to work. Most are on visas so they have to stay at company. When your salary reaches a certain level they force you out.

    Career development and advancement for fresh-outs is very good. Excellent training program.

    Fewer high level management positions available.

    Look at succession planning more seriously and recognize your best talent or they will leave.
