Cons

Pay is below industry average
Company is unwilling to let bad performers go. Instead all of company takes a 5% paycut when we could have easily let bottom 5 or 10% of bad performers go. Don't punish all of company just to continue to say "we haven't had a layoff".
Company is too consensus driven. Some decisions may take weeks to make instead of leadership saying, "this is what we are going to do".

Advice to Senior Management

Time to quit focusing on being one of the best places to work and start paying employees what they are worth. By paying folks what they are worth, we will continue to be a best place to work.
