Pros

NI is great at allowing someone who just started to take on major projects that will get them lots of visibility from within the higher management. It doesn't feel like you have to work here very long to make a difference

Cons

Because of the projects and workloads, a lot of the time, you will work more than a 40 hour work week just to get your work done on time

Advice to Senior Management

If a project is under-manned, adjust the schedule or manpower accordingly. Don't try to make 15 people do the work of 30 in the same amount of time with the same expectations.
