Rakuten – “Good place to enhance your experience”
Pros
Business is so strong in Japanese e-commerce market and there are tons of work to do, and this is good experiece as a engineer.
Cons
Our company is quite depends on CEO MIkitani's top-down deceision, and senior manager cannot be good media between CEO and employee.
Advice to Senior Management
Hear the voice much from employee.
