Pros
The staff was like a big family. Get to build lasting customer relationships. The environment was professional but very friendly. I feel comfortable bringing up any issue to my supervisors and manager.
Cons
Hours are demanding, and you have to learn how to work around your schedule. But if you're good at time management, this would be no problem.
