They till you that you do not have to work over time. but since i been here i ben working 13 - 14 hours, short staff, . they do not provide enough hours for you to get any thing done. managements sucks. alot of work. YOU HAVE NO LIFE!!!. VERY VERY hard work. When truck day come. only one person to handle truck, tots are very heavy. they do not care . DO NOT WORK FOR RITE AID , Large turn over. I have been working at Rite Aid full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

I work with a lot of really great people and have got to meet quite a number of fantastic people who are our customers.

    Cons

They expect too much from the staff with the hours they are given. Company policy states if you come in late you can be written up even with a doctor's excuse. I thought this was a joke until my PDM made note of the fact that I was late. I said that had been to the emergency clinic and although I was supposed to stay off my feet and be on crutches I was willing to work, but I was still late ....
